养血清脑颗粒对脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者症状改善及血清5-HT、BDNF水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究养血清脑颗粒对脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者症状改善及血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)和脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的影响。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月于内蒙古医科大学附属医院神经内科进行诊治的脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者124例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(62例)和对照组(62例),对照组给予右佐匹克隆口服,观察组在此基础上给予养血清脑颗粒,比较2组患者的临床效果及血清5-HT、BDNF水平。结果观察组总有效率为91.94%,对照组总有效率为79.03%,差异具有统计学意义(x^2=4.159,P<0.05);治疗前,观察组与对照组患者各睡眠质量指数评分、血清5-HT和BDNF水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后,2组睡眠质量均改善,5-HT、BDNF水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,血清5-HT和BDNF水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒可明显缓解脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者的临床症状,提高血清5-HT、BDNF水平。Objective To explore the effect of Yangxueqingnao granule on improving symptoms of sleep disorders in patients with stroke and serum clearance of 5 hydroxytryptamine（5-HT） and brain derived neurotrophic factor（BDNF） level.Methods One hundred and twenty four cases of sleep disorder patients with stroke were selected in this study from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group（62 cases） and control group（62 cases）,the control group was given oral administration of Dexzopiclone tablets,on the basis of the observation group therapy,observation group also given raise serum brain particles,the clinical effect and the levels of serum 5-HT and BDNF levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 91.94%,control group total effective rate was 79.03%,the difference was statistically significant（x^2=4.159,P 〈0.05）;before treatment,no significant difference of sleep quality index score,serum 5-HT and BDNF level between the observation group and control group（P 〉0.05）,the2 groups after treatment,the quality of sleep was improved,the level of 5-HT and BDNF increased（P 〈0.05）,and the observation groups sleep quality scores was lower than the control group,serum 5-HT and BDNF levels were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion It suggested that the Yangxueqingnao granule could alleviate post stroke sleep disorder in patients and elevate serum 5-HT,BDNF levels.
