猫爪草胶囊联合抗痨药物治疗结核性结节性红斑的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨猫爪草胶囊在治疗结核性结节性红斑中的临床作用。方法:60例结核性结节性红斑患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采用标准抗痨治疗方案,治疗组在标准抗痨治疗方案的基础上加用猫爪草胶囊,观察两组结节、红斑等皮疹消退情况。结果:两组患者在治疗过程中均出现皮疹明显消退,但消退速度有所不同,治疗组明显快于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:猫爪草胶囊联合抗痨药物治疗结核性结节性红斑明显优于单纯抗痨治疗。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of cat claw capsules in the treatment of tuberculous nodular erythema. Methods： 60 cases of tu- bercrdous erythema were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group of 30 cases. The control group using standard anti tubercu- losis treatment, anti tuberculosis treatment scheme based on the standard treatment group with Maozhaocao Capsule, observe two groups of nodular ery- thema, rash subsided. Results ： The two groups of patients in the course of treatment were significantly reduced rash, but the rate of decline was differ- ent, the treatment group was significantly faster than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The treat- ment of tuberculous nodular erythema with anti - tuberculosis drugs is better than that of anti - tuberculosis alone.
