四草汤联合优思明治疗围绝经期功血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察四草汤联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(优思明)治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)的临床疗效。方法:84例围绝经期功血,随机分为中西医结合组和西医组,各42例。中西医结合组采用四草汤联合优思明口服,西医组单纯给予优思明口服。比较两组临床疗效。结果:中西医结合组临床效果明显优于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围绝经期功血采用四草汤联合优思明口服疗效显著。Objective： Observation of four grass soup combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets （You Siming） in treatment of perimeno- pausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding （bleeding） clinical curative effect. Methods： 84 cases of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, were ran- domly divided into western medicine group and Western medicine group, 42 cases in each. The four group of grass decoction combined with oral Yasmin combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine, western medicine group were treated with oral yasmin~ The clinical etilcacy of the two groups were compared. Results： the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly better than that of Western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with four herb decoction combined with oral Yasmin effect.
