中药熏蒸联合腰椎牵引对腰椎骨关节炎腰椎活动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏蒸联合腰椎牵引治疗应用于腰椎骨关节炎患者临床治疗中的效果,以及对腰椎活动功能的影响。方法:170例腰椎骨关节炎患者,根据治疗方式不同分为研究组和对照组,各85例。研究组联合应用中药熏蒸及腰椎牵引治疗,对照组给予腰椎牵引治疗。比较两组患者腰腿痛及腰椎活动功能改善情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,研究组临床总有效率为87.06%,显著优于对照组的72.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合腰椎牵引应用于腰椎骨关节炎临床治疗中,可帮助患者有效改善腰腿痛症状,提高腰椎活动功能,疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with lumbar traction in the treatment of patients with lumbar osteoarthritis, as well as the impact on the lumbar function. Methods 170 cases of lumbar osteoarthritis patients, the patients were divided into study group and control group, 85 cases in each. The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and lumbar traction, while the control group was treated with lumbar traction. Comparison of two groups of patients with low back pain and lumbar function improvement activities. Re- suits Before treatment, the two groups of patients with VAS score, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; after treatment, the study group VAS score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 87.06%, significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ~ Conclusion ： The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with lumbar traction and clinical application in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis, can help patients improve the symptoms of low back pain, improve lumbar function, definite curative effect, worthy of clinical application.
