摘　　要：探讨中医治疗血脂异常的进展,指出血脂异常归属于中医的痰瘀互结证型,提出祛痰化瘀方药是治疗血脂异常的有效措施,介绍了祛痰化瘀法的应用体会和典型病例。To discuss the progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of dyslipidemia, points out that dyslipidemia belongs to the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of TCM, put forward the expectorant promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis syndromes are effective measures in the treatment of dyslipidemia, introduces the application of expectorating blood circulation method and typical cases.
