5例复方右旋糖酐40注射液不良反应报告的分析

摘　　要：目的描述聚集性发生的5例复方右旋糖酐40注射液不良反应病例,探讨发生的原因,提示警惕临床使用复方右旋糖酐40注射液不良反应的发生,并对临床安全用药提出建议。方法对丹东市药品不良反应监测中心收集到的丹东市某医院骨科使用复方右旋糖苷注射液后连续出现的5例不良反应报告进行分析。结果 5例患者均是在骨折手术后,静脉滴注可疑药品,主要表现为皮疹、恶心、呕吐、心律失常、头痛等症状,其中头痛、心律失常为新的不良反应。结论建议尽量避免联合用药,并将皮试列入说明书。Objective Describe of aggregation occurred in 5 cases of adverse drug reaction report by compound dextran 40 injection, to explore the causes of happening, prompt alert to the clinical use of compound dextran 40 injection adverse reaction, and puts forward Suggestions for clinical safe drug use. Method Dandong center for ADR monitoring collected city a hospital orthopedic use compound dextran injection after continuous appear in 5 cases of adverse reactions report for analysis. Results Five patients are after fracture operation, intravenous drip suspicious drugs, main show is a rash, nausea, vomiting, arrhythmia, have a headache wait for a symptom, including headache, arrhythmia for the new adverse reactions. Conclusion Suggested to avoid combination, and the skin test listed in the specification.
