赛肤润联合美皮康治疗老年患者压疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察赛肤润联合美皮康治疗老年患者压疮的疗效。方法选取我院2014年10月至2015年12月住院发生或带入压疮Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的46例(压疮76处)老年患者为研究对象。采取随机数字法将所有患者分成对照组和观察组。其中对照组23例(36处)主要采用传统方法治疗,观察组23例(40处)采用赛肤润联合美皮康治疗。治疗3周后评价两组患者的压疮治愈率、用药次数、愈合时间及疼痛程度。结果观察组患者的治愈率为75.0%(30/40),明显高于对照组的50.0%(18/36),换药次数和愈合时间分别为(10.2±1.1)次、(16.3±1.4)d,明显少于对照组的(18.3±1.5)次、(21.2±2.8)d,患者换药后的中重度疼痛发生率为8.7%,明显低于对照组的39.1%,以上各项指标两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用赛肤润联合美皮康治疗老年患者压疮效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the efficacy of Sanyrene combined with Mepilex in the treatment of pressure score in elderly patients. Methods From Oct. 2014 to Dec. 2015, 46 elderly patients with pressure ulcer Ⅰ-Ⅱ（76pressure sores） in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number method. The control group（23 patients, 36 pressure sores） was mainly treated by the traditional method, and the observation group（23 patients, 40 pressure sores） was treated by Snyrene combined with Mepilex. After 3 weeks, the cure rate, medication frequency, healing time and pain degree of the two groups were evaluated. Results The cure rate of the observation group（75.0%, 30/40） was significantly higher than that of the control group（50.0%, 18/36）. In the observation group, the dressing change times（10.2 ± 1.1） and healing time（16.3 ± 1.4） d were significantly less or shorter than（18.3±1.5）,（21.2±2.8） d in the control group. The incidence of moderate to severe pain after dressing in the observation group（8.7%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（39.1%）,P〈0.05. Conclusion Sanyrene combined with Mepilex has significant efficacy in the treatment of pressure score in elderly patients, which has high clinical value and is worthy of promotion and popularization.
