摘 要:文章提出了一款基于TE30模式的基片集成波导(SIW)三路功分器。该功分器采用微带-槽线-基片集成波导的结构激励TE30模式并实现三路功率分配。该功分器结构简单,性能良好,具有较宽的带宽。利用高次模很自然的实现三路功率分配,极大的优化了加工工艺,大大降低了加工的难度。并且提出的结构可以很好的与其他平面电路集成来实现良好的性能。测试结果表明,在9GHz^11.5GHz的频段范围内,功分器的反射系数小于-15dB,相对带宽为25%,输出端口的传输系数为-7.0±0.4dB。该功分器紧凑、较宽的带宽和易加工的特性使其在无线通信系统中具有很好的应用前景。A new compact Substrate Integrated Waveguide(SIW)power divider based on TE30 mode was proposed. The power divider makes use of microstrip line, coupling groove and SIW structure to achieve mode conversion and excited TE30 mode so as to achieve three-way power distribution. The composed power divider has simple structure, good performance and wideband, which can reduce fabrication difficulty and simplify the machining process. Moreover, it can be integrated with other planar structure easily. The test result shows that the power divider has a bandwidth of 25O//oo from 9 GHz to 11.5 GHz with measured reflection coefficient better than 15 dB. The transition coefficient in output port is -7.0±0.4dB. The composed power divider has a good prospect in wireless communication system due to its characteristics of compact size, wide bandwidth and easy processing.
