摘  要:研究比较不同浓度的生根粉(GGR)、萘乙酸(NAA)、生根粉(ABT)和赤霉素(GA_3)等4种激素对油丹(Alseodaphne hainanensis)种子发芽率和发芽势的影响。结果显示,GGR和ABT浓度对种子发芽率均无显著影响,N AA浓度对油丹种子的发芽率具有显著性影响,但其最高的发芽率60.0%与对照组的差异未达到显著水平。GA_3处理对油丹种子的发芽率和发芽势均具有显著影响;浓度为0.3 g/L GA_3处理时,种子发芽率和发芽势均达到最高,分别为86.7%和66.7%。故选择浓度0.3 g/L GA_3浸泡去皮1h处理对油丹种子发芽效果最佳。Seeds of A lseodaphne hainanensis were treated separately with four hormones of GGR, NAA, ABT and GA3, which affected seed germination percentage and germination energy. The results showed that there was no significant difference in seed germination percentage by GGR and ABT treatments. NAA Conlentratson had promoting effects on seed germination, while the high percentage was 60% was not significantly different that of CK treatment. GA3 treatment had significant effects on seed germination percentage and germination energy. The Seed treated with 0.3 g/L GA3 had highest germination percentage and germination energy were 86.7% and 66.7%, respectively. The best germination were treated with 0.3 g/L GA3 and disposed one hour.
