两种硒源对紫芝子实体影响的比较研究

摘　　要：以活化硒矿和亚硒酸钠两种硒源种植紫芝,观察两种不同硒源对紫芝子实体湿重、干重、直径、厚度的影响。试验结果表明两种不同硒源对于紫芝子实体湿重、干重、直径、厚度的影响差异不明显。活化硒矿和亚硒酸钠在15μg/g硒浓度下,紫芝子实体湿重、干重、直径和厚度均大于5μg/g、10μg/g、20μg/g和30μg/g;以活化硒矿为硒源时,紫芝子实体厚度仅略低于空白对照;以亚硒酸钠为硒源时,紫芝子实体湿重、厚度低于空白对照。By using NazSeO3 and activated selenium-containing ore as the selenium source in cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum was studied in this paper. The results showed that there were non-significant differences between the two kinds of selenium source. In 15 μ g/g concentration,the wet weight, dry weight,iameter, thickness of Ganoderma lucidum were the maximum. When the selenium was activated selenium-containing, the thickness of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body was lower than that of blank Control. When the selenium was Na2SeO3, the wet weight and thickness of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body lower than that of blank control were.
