摘　　要：目的通过多层次分析住院医疗费中医用耗材费构成比、增长率,并与手术麻醉、治疗费进行对比,论证医用耗材对住院医疗费用的影响程度,为加强医用耗材管理,降低医疗成本,减轻患者负担提供决策依据。方法对2008~2015年度地方住院患者医疗费中相关数据进行统计分析。结果(1)医用耗材占医疗费用比例高、增长快。(2)不同费别患者医用耗材构成比不同,自费患者高于农村合作医疗患者,农村合作医疗患者高于医保患者。(3)手术和介入治疗患者,医用耗材构成比明显高于相应的手术麻醉和治疗费,存在着倒挂现象。结论有效控制医疗费用上涨,做好医用耗材的合理定价及合理使用是关键。Objective To analyze medical consumables constitute ratio,growth rate of the total cost of hospitalization through multilevel analysis,compare it with operation-anesthesia fees and treatment fees,demonstrate the influence degree of medical consumables on the medical expenses,provide decision-making basis for strengthening the management of medical consumables,reduce medical costs,and lessen the medical burden of patients.Methods The data of 2008-2015 years of local hospital medical expenses were analyzed statistically.Results（1）Medical consumables accounted for a high proportion of medical expenses with a high rapid growth.（2）Patients in different payment methods had different medical consumables fee ratio,self-paying patients had a higher medical consumables fee ratio than that in rural cooperative medicalservice patients,and the rural cooperative medical patients were higher than medical insurance patients.（3）For patients with surgery or interventional treatment,the medical consumables constitute ratio was significantly higher than operationanesthesia fees or treatment fees,which showed an inversion phenomenon.Conclusion The reasonable price and reasonable use of medical consumables are the key point to control the medical expenses rising.
