摘  要:针对国内城市轨道车辆轮对尺寸检测自动化水平低、准确度低的现状,设计了一种基于激光位移传感器的便携式轮对测量仪,并给出了装置软硬件的详细设计过程。该装置以STM32F103芯片为核心控制器,通过激光位移传感器和直线步进电机的组合获得轮对轮廓离散坐标数据,采用分段最小二乘曲线拟合计算轮对尺寸参数。该装置还具有人机交互、数据存储功能。实验研究表明,该装置保证测量精确度的同时,具有便携性好、功耗低的特点。Due to low automation and poor accuracy of domestic present wheel size measurement technology for rail transit vehicles, a portable instrument based on laser displacement sensor for wheel-set measurement was designed and the detailed real- ization of software and hardware was presented. The instrument chose STM32F103 as control unit, discrete coordinate data of wheel contour line through the combination of laser displacement sensor and linear stepping motor was obtained and wheel-set pa- rameters were computed by piece-wise least-squares curve-fitting.The software of the instrument can also accomplish human-com- puter interaction and data storage.Experimental results show that the instrument can satisfy requirements of high accuracy, porta- bility and low-power.
