摘  要:通过对软启动器和CC-Link现场总线的研究,提出了一种新型的CC-Link远程设备站的开发方法。将高性能芯片STM32和CC-Link现场总线技术相结合,MFP3为核心,以高性能微处理器STM32为控制器,结合RS485和SPI底层通信,设计了一种能与以PLC为主站,软起动器为从站的控制系统进行CC-Link网络通信的设备站。利用SPI通信方式获取软起动器实时数据并通过CC-Link网络传送给主站,同时接收并处理主站下发的控制指令。实验表明:该设备站可实现对软启动器的远程数据监控,且具有安全可靠的无线通讯功能。Based on the research on the soft starter and CC-Link field bus, a new method for the development of CC-Link remote device station was proposed. By combining high-performance STM32 with CC-Link field bus technology, with Mitsubishi company MFP3 as the core, high performance microprocessor STM32 as the controller, combining with RS-485 and SPI bottom Communication, a kind of equipment station was designed, which can communicated with CC-Link network with PLC as the main station and soft starter as the slave station.The SPI communication mode was used to obtain real-time data and the data was trans- mitted to the main station through the CC-Link network, receiving and processing the control instruction of main station.The experimental results show that the remote device station can realize the remote data monitoring of soft starter, and has safe and reliable radio communication function.
