复方丹参注射液治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参注射液辅助治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选择95例消化性溃疡患者,随机分为A组和B组,A组为治疗组,B组为对照组;B组予常规抑酸、抗幽门螺杆菌(HP)治疗等常规方法,A组为在B组的基础上加用复方丹参注射液。结果:A组总有效率92.0%,B组总有效率为75.6%;A组的Hp根除率为90.0%,B组Hp根除率为73.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参注射液联合抑酸、抗Hp药物对控制消化性溃疡症状、促进溃疡愈合有显著疗效值得临床参考。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Compound Danshen injection in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods：95 cases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into A group and B group, A group for the treatment group, B control group; B group were treated with conventional anti acid, anti Helicobacter pylori （HP） treatment, A group based on B treated with Compound Danshen injection. Results：The total effective rate of group A was 92%, the total effective rate was 75.6% in group B, the Hp eradication rate of group A was 90%, the B eradication rate of group Hp was 73.3%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Compound Danshen injection combined with anti acid and anti Hp drugs has a significant effect on controlling the symptoms of peptic ulcer and promoting the healing of ulcer.
