摘　　要：王颖教授师承著名针灸家,人称"王一针"-王耀斌先生,并将其长针技能继承和发展,在针灸临床治疗中本着大医精诚的态度,钻研针理,提出"急性扭伤应快速进针,不留针"的理论。根据这个理论,王颖教授治疗急性踝关节扭伤时以内经学说、经络理论为基础,应用恢刺针法选取丘墟透照海治疗患者屡见奇效。本文通过选取医案,介绍王颖教授针刺治疗急性踝关节扭伤的取穴原则及具体操作方法,阐明治疗该病的临床经验与诊疗思路,突出针刺治疗本病的优势。Professor Wang Ying from the famous acupuncture, called ＂a king＂ -- Mr. Wang Yaobin, and the long needle skills of inheritance and development, in the clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion in big medicine sincere attitude, delving into the needle, put forward the ＂acute sprain should be fast ne,. ＇ no needle＂ theory.
