动态心电图在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛诊断中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析动态心电图在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者临床诊疗中的应用价值,为今后的工作提供参考。方法:本组研究以我院心内科于2016年1月至2016年12月期间收治67例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究样本,所有患者均分别采用冠状动脉造影与和动态心电图检查,对比两组检查手段对低危血管、中危血管、高危血管的检出率与检查情况。结果:本组研究中,经冠脉造影检查阳性39例,阴性5例;经动态心电图检查阳性44例;经冠脉造影检查对低危血管、中危血管、高危血管患者的检出率分别为25.49%、37.25%、37.25%,动态心电图检查对低危血管、中危血管、高危血管的检出率分别为25.49%、37.25%、37.25%,其中中危血管、高危血管的检出率明显高于低危血管检出率,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床诊断中采用动态心电图具有操作简便、灵敏度与特异性均较高的优势,能够较为准确地反映患者的病变程度与心肌供血状况,可以作为首选诊断手段在临床中推广。Objective：To analyze the dynamic electrocardiogram in patients wit-h-unstable angina pectoris clinical value in patients, and provide a reference for future work. Methods： The study group in the Department of Cardiology in our hospital during the period from January 2016 to December 2016 a total of 67 cases of coronary heart disease unstable angina patients as the research sample, all patients were used coronary angiography and dynamic electrocardiogram examination, examination of two groups were compared on low-risk blood vessels, vascular risk, the detection rate of high-risk vascular and examination. Results： In the study group, coronary angiography showed 39 positive cases, 5 cases were negative; the dynamic electrocardiogram in 44 cases of positive blood vessels by coronary angiography; check for low-risk, intermediate risk patients with vascular blood vessels, the detection rate was25.4%,37.25% and37.25%, vascular dynamic ECG for low-risk, intermediate risk of vascular vessels, the detection rate was25.4%,37.25% and37.25%, including Risk of blood vessels, vascular detection of high risk was significantly higher than that of low risk blood vessel detection rate, with statistical significance, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： In the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease in patients with unstable angina pectoris by dynamic electrocardiogram has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity and specificity advantages, can accurately reflect the severity of patients with myocardial blood supply, can be used as the preferred diagnostic method in clinic.
