摘　　要：介绍了一种新的连铸中间包浸入式水口在线烘烤的装置及其使用方法,该装置简单实用,不需要额外增加大量的辅助设备,生产成本低。使用该装置烘烤的浸入式水口升温快速均匀,保证了浸入式水口的烘烤质量,满足了连铸机生产的要求,同时充分利用了煤气烘烤中间包的热量,节约了大量的能源介质,达到了节能降耗的目的。This paper introduces a new online baking device and method of continuous casting tundish sub merged nozzle, which is simple and practical. It dont need a lot of extra auxiliary equipment, so the production cost is low. The temperature of the submerged nozzle baked by the device increases rapidly and uniform- ly, which ensures the baking quality of sub merged nozzle and meets the production requirements of the con- tinuous casting machine. At the same time, this method makes full use of heat in baking tundish with gas, which saves large amounts of energy medium and achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
