摘　　要：学习贯彻六中全会精神,最重要的就是要聚焦找准全面从严治党的着眼点着力点:深刻理解专题研究全面从严治党的重大意义,是继续推进全面从严治党的认识基础;坚决维护以习近平同志为核心的党中央权威,是继续推进全面从严治党的根本要求;学习贯彻《准则》《条例》党内法规要求,是继续推进全面从严治党的制度保障;严格要求领导干部坚持以上率下、率先垂范,是继续推进全面从严治党的关键环节。What is the most important in learning and implementing the spirit of the Party＇s 6th plenary session is to focus on capturing the starting and acting points of overall strictly running the Party. That is, deeply understanding the great signif icance of studying overall strictly running the Party is the ideological basis to continuously promote overall strictly running the Party;absolutely maintaining the authority of the Party Central Committee cored by Xi Jinping is the fundamental de- mand for the eontindous promotion of overall strictly running the Party;learning and implementing the norms and the rules that are the requirements of the Party＇s laws and regulations is the system safeguard to continuously promote overall strictly running the Party, and strictly demanding leadersand officials to take the lead is the key link for the continuous pramation of overall running the Party.
