摘　　要：目的:观察蒙医震脑术的力学原理及安全性。方法:1.邀请内蒙古自治区35名传统疗术专家,在蒙医震脑术人上,模拟震脑术进行施震,观察其各启震点的施震力、头部最大受力、传播到头部的频率,2.为内蒙古医学院蒙医药学院60名学生进行震脑术后,做问卷调查。结果:1.平均施震力力为:148.09±6.32N,头部最大受力为:40.6N,传播到头部的平均频率为16.35±1.19次/S。2.施震期间及施震后没有头痛头晕现象,头部震感平均分为0.84±0.33,是否不舒服的平均分为0.34±0.23,恐惧平均分为0.32±0.31,噪音平均分为0.94±0.32。结论:蒙医震脑术为一种安全的疗法。Purpose：To confirm Mongolian medicine brain vibration therapy safety and rationality from the perspective of mechanics. Methods：l. We invited 35 traditional Mongolian medicine experts who have rich clinical experience, and with the human body model , every expert used their therapy skills to do the brain vibration treatment, and taken notes of some data such as the average vibration strength,strength power that a patients＇ head receive,frequency of spreading to head and made a statistical analysis. 2. Did some questionnaire surveys on the result of 60 volunteer students from the Mongolian Medical College of Inner Mongolia Medical. Result ： 1. The average vibration strength is 148.09 ±6.32N, the largest press that a patientg head receive is 40.6N, frequency of spreading to head isl6. 35 ±1.19 times/s. 3. To research if has a headache or vertigo before and after treatment. The average vibration scores of patients＇ head can feel is 0.84 ±0.33, The average scores of uncomfortable feeling is 0.34 ± 0.23, The average scores of the fear is 0.32 ±0.31, The average scores of noise are 0.94 ±0.32. Conclusion ： Mongolian brain vibration therapy is a safe treatment.
