摘 要:目的:探讨不同提取工艺心脉神组方对垂体后叶素致大鼠心肌缺血模型的保护作用。方法:采用舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素建立大鼠心肌缺血模型,比较不同提取工艺心脉神组方对大鼠心电图、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)活性的影响。结果:心脉神各提取物组均能有效缓解大鼠心肌缺血;心脉神醇提取物高剂量组、水提取物和水提醇沉提取物各剂量组均能明显降低LDH;醇提取物各剂量组、水提取物低剂量组和水提醇沉提取物高剂量组均能明显降低CK;心脉神醇提取物、水提取物和水提醇沉提取物各剂量组均能明显升高SOD;水提取物高剂量组和水提醇沉提取物各剂量组均能明显降低MDA含量。结论:心脉神组方醇提取物、水提取物、水提醇沉提取物均对垂体后叶素引起的大鼠心肌缺血有保护作用。Objective: To study the protective effect of different extraction processes of Xinmaisheng on pitu- itrin-induced myocardial rats. Methods: Pituitrin was injected via rat sublingual vein, then ECG was observed, and LDH, CK, SOD, MDA activities of rats were determined. Results: Xinmaisheng (water extraction process groups, alcohol extraction process groups and water extraction alcohol precipitation process groups) could relieve myocardial ischemia. Xinmaisheng alcohol extraction process high dose group, water extraction process groups and water extraction alcohol precipitation process groups could reduce LDH activities of rats; Xinmaisheng alco- hol extraction process groups, water extraction process low dose group and water extraction alcohol precipitation process high dose group could reduce CK activities of rats; Xinmaisheng water extraction process groups, alcohol extraction process groups and water extraction alcohol precipitation process groups could increase SOD activities of rats; Xinmaisheng water extraction process low dose group and water extraction alcohol precipitation process groups could reduce MDA activities of rats. Conclusion: Xinmaisheng (water extraction process, alcohol extraction process and water extraction alcohol precipitation process) can protect the myocardial ischemia rats induced by pituitrin.
