抗疲劳、抗衰老中药的性味及主要成分的研究

摘　　要：结合《本草纲目》《证类本草》《食疗本草》《汤液本草》等书,研究《神农本草经》的上品药中轻身延年药物所具有的保健、延年益寿、抗衰老作用;从四气、五味、化学成分、药用部位、科属等方面多角度对具有抗疲劳和抗衰老作用的中药进行剖析。通过大样本量的分析药物的成分构成和组合规律。在研究的中药中,性味为甘、苦、平、温,主要成分为黄酮和糖类,根或茎入药的草本类药物可能具有此方面的研究价值。The main object of this paper is researching and analyzing a large number of Chinese medicines which is anti-fatigue and anti-aging, on the basis of Shen Nong＇s Herbal Classic, combing other works including Compendium of Materia Medica, Classified Materia Medica and Herbal Food Medicine elc. We try to find some regularities according to its five flavors, four properties, chemical composition, medicinal parts and some other properties. The result shows that when the medicine is sweet or bitter, flat or mild, possess flavones and sac- charides, belong to herbaceous plants; medicinal part is root or stem, then the medicine may be anti-fatigue or anti-aging. The research studied on large sample investigation and data analysis about the regulations of the an- ti-fatigue and anti-aging Chinese medicine to indicate new thinking and methods in scientific research.
