丹参注射液临床不良反应报告的案例分析和讨论

摘　　要：目的:对我院2012-2015年丹参注射液在临床应用中不良反应报告进行汇总、分析及评价,了解我院丹参注射液的使用现状及存在问题,促进我院中药注射剂的合理使用,提高药品使用的安全性。方法:统计2012-2015年丹参注射液的不良反应报告,提出讨论。结果:2012-2015年我院丹参注射液不良反应共计31例,31例不良反应报告不良反应多发生为过敏反应,占了绝大多数,主要症状包括皮疹、瘙痒等。结论:应严格按照《中药注射剂临床使用基本原则》使用中药注射剂,医务工作人员应加强丹参注射液的不良反应的监测力度和使用注意。Objective： To summarize, analyze and evaluate the ADR reports of, Danshen injection in our hospital from 2012 to 2015, in order to get the present use situation and question of Danshen injection in our hospital, to promote the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections for improvement of the safety of drug use. Methods： The reports of adverse reactions of Danshen injection from 2012 to 2015 were counted and discussed. Results： There were 31 cases of adverse reactions of Danshen injection from 2012 to 2015. The 31 cases are mainly allergic reaction, including rash and itching, etc. Conclusion： In strict accordance with the ＂ba- sic principles of clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injections＂, the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine injections, medical staff should strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions of Danshen injection and the use of attention.
