熊胆消痔灵治疗混合痔的疗效观察及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:评价熊胆消痔灵促混合痔术后创面修复的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将362例混合痔术后患者按照随机数字表法分成3组,治疗组121例采用熊胆消痔灵纱条外敷换药,肛泰软膏组122例采用肛泰软膏纱条外敷换药,凡士林组119例采用凡士林纱条外敷换药,观察21 d,对3组临床疗效、换药后疼痛积分及持续时间、术后并发症情况及术后3年复发情况进行比较分析。结果:治疗组治愈率为94.2%,肛泰软膏组治愈率为74.5%,凡士林组治愈率为58.8%,治疗组优于其余两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组首次排便换药后疼痛积分及持续时间优于其余两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后出血发生例数少于其余两组、水肿发生例数少于凡士林组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:熊胆消痔灵在促混合痔术后创面修复及防治痔术后并发症方面疗效确切。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety on mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wound by Xiongdan Xiaozhiling. Methods： The 362 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into three groups. The 121 cases were treated by Xiongdan Xiaozhiling gauze dressing in treatment group; The 122 cases were treated by Gangtai ointment gauze dressing in Gangtai ointment group; and the 119 cases were treated by Vaseline gauze for medicine in Vaseline group. The clinical curative effect, pain scores after dressing and the duration, and postoperative complications were compared among the three groups in 21 days. The recurrence after 3 years was compared. Results： The cure rate was 94.2% in treatment group, 74.5% in Gangtai ointment group and 58.8% in Vaseline group. The treatment group showed better efficacy than the other two groups （P〈 0.05）; the treatment group showed better first defecation after dressing pain scores and duration than the other two groups （P〈0.05）; the treatment group showed less patients with postoperative bleeding than the other two groups, as well as less edema than the Vaseline group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiongdan Xiaozhiling showed accu- rate effect on promoting mixed hemorrhoids hemorrhoid wound healing and prevention of complication.
