摘　　要：研制了用于加工聚晶金刚石(PCD)刀具的电火花线切割磨削机床,完成了机床总体方案、各运动进给轴及单向走丝系统的机械结构设计。机床具有较高的位置精度和表面粗糙度,可广泛应用于各种复杂形状的PCD刀具制作,具有以割代磨的技术特点。The wire electrical discharge grinding machines machined PCD cutter was developed. The mechanical structure design of machine project,each movement of feed shaft and unidirectional traveling wire system were completed. This machine has the higher positional accuracy,the higher surface roughness and technical feature of replacing the grinding by cutting,which is widely used in PCD-tool manufacture of various complex shape.
