疏肝调神针法针刺对睡眠剥夺模型大鼠神经递质的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏肝调神针法针刺对睡眠剥夺大鼠神经递质的影响。方法:采用改良小平台水环境间断剥夺睡眠法复制失眠大鼠模型。将Wistar大鼠分为正常组、模型组、针刺组、西药组,针刺组分别针刺相应穴位,每次20 min,每日1次,共治疗7 d。西药组腹腔注射地西泮。观察各组大鼠一般状况,检测各组大鼠脑组织5-羟色胺(5-HT)、5-羟基吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、氨基丁酸(GABA)的含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠的皮质、丘脑内的5-HT 5-HIAA、GABA含量显著降低,DA、NE含量上升,与正常组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,针刺组和西药组大鼠的脑组织5-HT、5-HIAA及GABA含量上升,NE含量降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝调神针法针刺可能是通过增加了脑内的5-HT合成及代谢水平,增加GABA的含量,降低NE含量,从而改善睡眠剥夺大鼠失眠症状。Objective：To study the effect liver soothing rotransmitters in sleep deprived rats. Methods：The rat and mind regulating acupuncture on the central neu- models were established by modified multiple platform method（MMPM）. The experiment animals were divided into the normal group,model group,acupuncture group, and western medicine group. In acupuncture group,acupuncture was performed 20 minutes each day, 1 time per day,for 7 days. Diazepam was intraperitoneal injected in western medicine group. The physical signs of each rat were observed. The general condition was observed and the contents of 5-HT,5-H1AA,NE,DA and GABA in the rats＇ brains were detected. Results：Compared with the normal group,the contents of 5-HT, 5-HIAA and GABA in the model group were obviously declined while the content of DA and NE increased. Compared with the model group,the contents of 5-HT,5-HIAA and GABA in acupuncture and western medicine groups increased and the content of NE decreased,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The mechanism of liver soothing and mind regulating acupuncturing may be realized through increasing the contents of 5-HT,5-HIAA and GABA and decreasing the contents of NE,therefore to relieve the symptoms in sleep deprived rats.
