安胃胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察安胃胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:将98例CAG患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组48例,治疗组采用安胃胶囊治疗,对照组采用胃复春胶囊治疗。观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、复发率、三叶肽因子表达的变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.0%,对照组为75.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组各项相关免疫指标治疗前后组内比较及TFF1和TFF2治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);1年后随访复发率治疗组为14.0%,对照组为20.8%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安胃胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果优于胃复春胶囊。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Anwei capsules in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods：A total of 98 CAG patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n =50） and con- trol group （n =48）, and the two groups were treated with Anwei capsules and Weifuchun capsules, respectively. The clinical outcome, traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score,recurrence rate,and expression of trefoil factor family （TFF） were observed for the two groups. Resuhs：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall re- sponse rate than the control group （92. 0% vs 75.0% ,P 〈0. 05）. The TCM syndrome score showed significant differ- ences within the same group before and after treatment and between the two groups after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The immune indices showed significant differences within the same group before and after treatment, and both TFF1 and TFF2 showed significant differences between the two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The one - year recurrence rate was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （14. 0% vs20. 8%, P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Anwei capsules have better clinical efficacy than Weifuchun capsules in the treatment of CAG.
