当归饮子联合药浴洗剂治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症38例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察当归饮子联合药浴洗剂治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:将76例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者按照完全随机原则分为治疗组和对照组各38例,对照组在基础治疗上加常规西药治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上加中药当归饮子内服联合药浴洗剂外洗治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为89.4%,对照组为71.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医症状积分及空腹血糖治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归饮子联合药浴洗剂治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症有较好疗效,能有效缓解瘙痒疼痛,降低血糖。Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese angelica cold decoction combined with med- icated bath washing in the treatment of diabetic pruritus. Methods ： A total of 76 patients with diabetic pruritus were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with convention- al Western medicine in addition to basic treatment, while the treatment group was given oral administration of Chi- nese angelica cold decoction and medicated bath washing in addition to basic treatment. Resuhs：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （89.4% vs 71.0% , P 〈 0.05 ）. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and fasting blood glucose showed significant differences within the same group before and after treatment and between the two groups after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese angelica cold decoction combined with medicated bath washing can effectively alleviate pruritus, relieve pain, and reduce blood glucose, showing satisfactory clinical efficacy.
