全科护理对老年消化性溃疡的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨全科护理对老年消化性溃疡的效果。方法从2015年6月至2016年7月来我院治疗老年消化性溃疡的患者中抽选74例,采用随机法将其分为两组,分别是对照组和干预组,每组各37例,对照组采取常规基础护理,干预组采取全科护理,对两组患者的护理效果和护理满意度进行分析。结果干预组护理总有效率(97.30%)明显高于对照组护理总有效率(83.78%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。干预组护理满意度(94.59%)明显高于对照组护理满意度(78.39%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在老年消化溃疡患者中采用全科护理的模式,可以促进患者身体质量的改善,减少患者住院时间,提高满意度,对患者康复意义重大,值得在临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of general nursing elderly peptic ulcer. Methods From June 2015 to July 2015 in our hospital in the treatment of elderly patients with peptic ulcer among 74 cases, by using the method will be randomly divided into two groups, control group and intervention group, each group of 37 cases, control group take care on a regular basis to take general nursing intervention group, nursing effect of two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction was analyzed. Results Nursing intervention group total effective rate（97.30% ） is significantly higher than control group in nursing total effective rate（ 83.78% ）, P〈0. 05, the difference is statistically significant. Nursing satisfaction （ 94. 59% ） of the intervention group was obviously higher than that of control group in nursing satisfaction（78.39% ） , P〈0. 05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Using general nursing in patients with senile digestion ulcer model, can promote the improvement of the quality of patients＇ body, reduce the in-hospital time, improve satisfaction, is of great significance to patients recovery, is worth popularizing in clinical.
