摘　　要：在E-Navigation战略下,结合信息化发展现状提出"E引航"的概念。在E-Navigation战略和引航信息化发展的视角下分析我国引航的信息化历程,指出引航服务智能化的发展方向,给出E-Pilot的定义,并梳理其与E-Navigation的关系。从用户需求、体系架构和实施等3个方面探讨E引航在我国的战略发展。According to the strategy of E-Navigation, the ＂E-Pilot＂ is proposed. The milestones of China pilots develop- ment and needs of intelligent service of pilots are presented. The concept of E-Pilot and its position in E-Navigation are ex- plained. The development of the pilotage is analyzed in terms of the user needs, the framework and the implementation.
