摘　　要：通过分析实际操纵吊舱式电力推进器过程中遇到的一些问题,提出相应的建议。为保障装备吊舱式电力推进器邮船的安全,必须制定规范的操纵用语,只有如此才能以此为基础构建有效的驾驶台团队合作,形成良性的互动和监督机制,为装备吊舱式电力推进器的邮船提供安全保障。A series of new issues happening during piloting cruise ships with podded electric propulsion are analyzed and how to ensure the safety of the cruise ship piloting is investigated and, then, suggests that the pilots should be familiar with the characteristics of podded electric propulsion and master its manipulation skills. It concludes with the proposal that a set of standardized maneuvering terminology should be defined, which will be the foundation of effective collaboration of the bridge team. The mechanism of mutual supervision can also better develop with the command standardization so that the ar- riving/departing cruise ship will enjoy higher safety.
