胃大部切除术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡大出血的护理要点分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者实施胃大部切除术治疗过程中,给予护理干预的临床效果。方法:选择我院2014年09月~2016年08月收治的胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者104例作为实验对象;所有胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者凭借抽签的形式分组;对照组:基础护理;观察组:综合护理;对比术后并发症评价结果以及护理质量评价结果。结果:在并发症评价结果方面,观察组优于对照组胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者非常明显(P<0.05);在护理质量评价结果方面,观察组优于对照组胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者非常明显(P<0.05)。结论:对于胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者,临床对手术指征等加以明确后,选择胃大部切除术治疗过程中配合给予综合护理干预,可以将患者并发症评价结果加以成功改善,可以将护理质量评价结果显著提高。[Objective ]：To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with mas- sive gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding. Methods： all patients with gastric ulcer bleeding form draw; control group： basic nursing care; observation group： comprehensive nursing care; results： the complications in the evaluation results, the observation group than the control group of gastroduodenal ulcer hemorrhage is very obvious; in nursing quality evaluation results, the observation group than the control group of stomach and duodenum ulcer hemorrhage is very obvious. Conclusion： for patients with gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding, select the subtotal gas- trectomy in the process of treatment with comprehensive nursing intervention, can be the results of patients with complications to be successfully improved.
