摘　　要：通过总结75岁以上高龄老年性的脆性骨折后半髋置换术的护理配合,从术前护理、术中配合、术后护理以及术后康复锻炼,多角度的全面分析基础护理和专科护理要点,在护理患者的过程中要针对患者身体状况制订合理的护理计划,采取个性化的舒适护理,从整体的个性化的护理模式,最终提高患者的治愈率。By summing the elderly over 75 years of fragility fractures in elderly hip arthroplasty half with care, with care from preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative care and postoperative rehabilitation exercises, a comprehensive analysis of multi--angle primary care and specialist care points, in the course of the patient＇s care for the physical condition of the patient to develop a reasonable plan of care, take personalized comfort care, from the overall pattern of personalized care, and ultimately improve patient cure rate.
