摘 要:沈阳市迎宾路高架桥工程部分线位与地铁1号线重叠,桥梁基础为避开地铁车站及区间,采用大跨度预应力承台梁接桩基方案跨越地铁结构。本文以该工程为背景,采用实体单元建立有限元模型,对典型跨度承台梁的施工及使用阶段进行受力分析。计算结果表明,设计方案安全可靠。为保证承台梁施工及运营期间地铁车站的结构安全,采用压顶梁、桩基础钢护筒跟进工艺、承台梁分部浇筑等施工措施,有效解决了车站结构主体抗浮问题,确保桥梁结构荷载不传递至车站结构主体。Partial line position of the Yingbin road viaduct project in Shenyang overlapped with the No.1 subway,in order to dodge the subway station and the interval,the scheme of the large-span prestressed platformbeamconnected with the pile foundation was adopted to cross the subway structure.Taking the project as the background,the solid model was used to establish a finite element.The stress of platformbeamof the typical span was analyzed during construction and operation stage.The calculation results showthat the design scheme is safe and reliable.In order to ensure the structural safety of the subway station during the construction and operation of platformbeam,top beam,pile foundation steel casing follow-up technique,section casting of platformbeamand other construction measures were used to effectively solve the anti-floating problemof station structure,ensure that the bridge structure load was not transmitted to the main structure of station.
