摘  要:钢轨打磨是铁路线路重要的养护维修技术,其发展方向是打磨作业智能化、数字化。其中的关键技术之一是在测量需要打磨地段钢轨既有廓形后,基于目标廓形快速形成钢轨的打磨量曲线。本文以PGM-96C型打磨列车为研究对象,基于几何学简化,结合迹线法、数值求解等方法,提出一种钢轨打磨量的计算方法,用以生成各种打磨模式下的打磨量曲线,并通过现场试验对该方法进行验证。结果表明,计算方法正确,可以满足现场钢轨打磨的需求。Rail grinding is an important means for railway maintenance, and its development direction is intellectualization and digitization. One of the key technologies is the rapid generating the grinding amount curve based on the existing profile and the target profile. In this paper, PGM-96C grinding train was taken as the research object. Based on the geometric simplification, combined with trace line method and numerical solution, a method of calculating the amount of rail grinding was proposed to generate the grinding amount curves in various grinding modes. And the method was verified by field test. The results show that the calculation method is correct and can meet the needs of the rail grinding in practical work.
