益气愈溃汤治疗轻中度活动期溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究益气愈溃汤对轻中度活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床治疗效果,探讨益气愈溃汤的临床应用价值。方法选取89例轻中度活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为美沙拉嗪组和联合治疗组,美沙拉嗪组给予美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒剂1g,每日3次进行治疗,联合治疗组在美沙拉嗪治疗基础上联合辨证使用益气愈溃汤,观察其临床治疗效果。结果美沙拉嗪组治疗的总有效率为78.2%,联合治疗组为88.3%,联合治疗组总有效率明显高于美沙拉嗪组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组的疾病活动指数和病理学评分和TNF-α改善情况均优于美沙拉嗪组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重的不良反应。结论在常规治疗的基础上联合使用益气愈溃汤对轻中度活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者进行治疗,可提高临床治疗效果,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Yukui decotion on mild - moderate active ulcerative colitis patients, in order to clarify the clinical application value of Yiqi Yukui deeotion. Methods Totally 89 cases of mild - moderate active ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into the mesalazine group and combined treatment group. The mesalazine group received the mesalazine 3g daily for treatment,while combined treatment group received the conventional treatment and Yiqi Yukui decoction. The clinical curative effect were observed. Results The total effective rate of mesalazine group is 78.2% , while the combined treatment group is 88.3% , which is significantly higher than the mesalazine group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The mayo scores, pathology and TNF -α of the combined treatment group were better than the mesalazine group with significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, Yiqi Yukui decotion can improve the clinical treatment effect of mild - moderate active ulcerative colitis and has a greater clinical signifi-
