摘　　要：目前使用的橡胶骨架材料主要有锦纶、聚酯、人造丝和芳纶等,其中聚酯和芳纶等活性不强的材料仅用RFL浸胶是无法达到与橡胶理想粘合效果的,常常要用封闭异氰酸酯作为粘合剂。简述了封闭异氰酸酯的粘合原理,并对目前市场上主流产品的使用情况进行了比较。At present, the rubber reinforcing materials are nylon, polyester, rayon and aramid etc. For polyester and aramid materials,the adhesion to the rubber is not strong enough if only use RFL dipping. So we usually use blocked isocyanate as adhesives to improve the adhesion.This paper describes the principles of adhesion of blocked isocyanates,and compares the results of using blocked isocyanate products from different manufacturers in reinforcing materials dipping.
