医学检验技术专业应用型创新人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：教育部于2012年将医学检验专业进行改制后,各大高校必须对已有的医学检验人才培养模式进行调整。培养医学检验技术专业应用型创新人才将是符合新时期特点的培养模式,从优化课程设置、本科生中实行导师制、改革教学方法、加强和拓展实习基地建设、提高毕业论文质量和注重学生评教作用这六方面对这一人才培养模式进行探索和实践。After the ministry of education reformed the discipline of laboratory medicine in 2012, all the related universities and colleges must modify their ori-nal talents cultivation model for laboratory medicine. Cultivating irmovative applied talents for medical laboratory technology discipline would be the model fitting for the new era. This paper focuses on optimizing courses setting, setting up the tutors for undergradu- ates, reforming the teaching methods, strengthening and expanding the practice base construction, improving the quality of graduation thesis and emphasizing on students＇ estimation towards the teachers to discuss this talent cultivation model.
