摘  要:为便捷准确地添加工艺信息,提出了基于加工特征的工艺信息重用方法。利用面向对象的方法创建了工艺信息的层次化表达模型,将加工知识单元分为特征层、加工层和元素层进行组织与管理;创建了预定义加工特征与工艺信息的关联机制,以确保工艺信息的准确获取;分析了各类预定义加工特征的几何信息和边界属性信息,从而构建出特征的表达与组织方法;利用加工特征的匹配策略实现了工艺信息的快速添加,并基于实例验证了所提方法的有效性。该方法的实现可为工艺知识的重用与积累奠定基础,对推广智能化工艺设计的发展与应用具有重要意义。To meet the requirements of adding process information conveniently and accurately, the method of reusing process information based on machining feature was proposed. The hierarchical expression model of process infor- mation was created by using object-oriented method. The processing knowledge unit was divided into three layers to be organized and managed, which were feature layer, machining layer and element layer. The associated mechanism between predefined machining feature and process information was created to ensure the accuracy of process informa- tion. The expression and organization method of feature was constructed by analyzing kinds of geometry information and boundary attribute information of predefined machining feature. The process information was achieved to be added rapidly by using matching strategy of machining feature. The validity of the proposed method was verified by the applications. The proposed method could be used as the basis of reusing and accumulating the process informa- tion and could promote the development and application of the intelligent process planning.
