摘　　要：通过了解射钉枪工作原理和结构，查阅关于改制射钉枪检验鉴定的资料，结合我国现行枪支管理法以及相关行标，总结改制射钉枪的改制类型、要点，认定改制射钉枪为非制式枪支的依据。射钉枪改制一般为三个方面：增加固定销或凹槽、加长枪管、焊接握把；对改制射钉枪的检验可从改制结构检验和致伤力检验两方面进行，当改制后的部件符合枪支管理法的有关规定，即可认定为非制式枪支，当枪口比动能达到1．8焦耳／平方厘米时，即可认定具有致伤力。By understanding the nail gun working principle and structure, referring to materials of restructuring nail gun, and combining with the existing laws and related standard of gun control, the article summarizes the restructuring type, and defines the restructured nail gun as non-standard firearms. There are three aspects of restructured nail gun： increase the fixed pin or grooves, lengthen the barrel, and weld the grip. The inspection of the system can be carried out from two aspects： the inspection of the structure and the inspection of the injury. When the restructured components conform to the relevant provisions of the gun control law, it can be identified as non-standard firearms. When the gunpoint/ kinetic energy reaches 1.8 joule per square centimeter, it can be identified with injuries.
