摘 要:中国的天然气储量丰富,分布在边远气田内的天然气可以通过小型的液化工厂处理成为液化天然气(LNG),这样更加有利于天然气的储存、运输。本文利用HYSYS对N_2-CH_4膨胀液化流程进行模拟,并分析天然气的温度、压力和流量,以及制冷剂高压压力对液化系统单位功耗的影响。得出适当地降低天然气的温度、制冷剂高压压力和提高天然气的压力、流量都有利于降低液化流程的单位功耗。China has abundant natural gas reserves, and small-scale gas liquefaction plant can be used to process naturalgas into Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) in the remote gas field. It is more conductive to storage and transportation. In thispaper, N2-CIL expansion liquefaction process was simulated by HYSYS, and influences of gas temperature, pressure andflow rate, as well as the refrigerant high pressure on the power consumption ratio were analyzed. The results show thatreduce the temperature of natural gas, refrigerant high-pressure, as well as improve the pressure and flow rate of naturalgas appropriately can reduce the power consumption ratio of N2-CH4 Expansion liquefaction process.
