摘　　要：目的了解北京市海淀街道婴儿智能发育状况,分析影响智能发育的相关因素。方法选择2012年10月1日-2015年9月30日期间在北京市海淀区妇幼保健院儿童保健科进行健康体检的8、9月龄婴儿,采用儿童丹佛智能发育筛查(DDST)量表进行婴儿发育筛查,并收集影响婴儿智能发育的相关因素。结果进行DDST评估的2 696例婴儿中,134例(4.97%)婴儿筛查结果为阳性。单因素及多因素分析结果显示,母亲年龄、低出生体重和早产等围生期高危因素、父亲职业以及母亲文化程度等与DDST筛查阳性有关联(P<0.05)。结论 DDST筛查阳性与母亲年龄、围生期高危因素、文化程度以及父亲职业有关联。Objective To investegate the intelligent development status of the infants aged 8~9 months and its influen- cing factors in Haidian region,Beijing. Methods The intelligent development status of infants aged 8~ 9 months were screened by the Denver Development Screen Test （DDST）. The related factors were collected that affect the intelligent de- velopment in the Children＇s Health Branch of Beijing Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2012 to 2015. Results A total of 2 696 infants were screened,of which 134（4.97%）infants were DDST screening positive. By un- ivariate analysis and multivariate Logistic analysis, positive DDST screening was associated with maternal age,perinatal risk factors（such as low birth weight and premature birth and so on）, educational level and paternal occupation. Conclusion Positive DDST screening is associated with maternal age, perinatal risk factors, educational level, and paternal occupation.
