摘　　要：我国各口岸已开发的卫生检疫电子监管系统在一定程度上便利了卫生检疫工作,但当前存在的最大的问题是未能实现国内联网,数据共享,形成"信息孤岛",入出境口岸对于检疫情况互不了解,缺乏沟通途径。本文结合工作实际,以海港口岸为例,探讨了建立全国联网卫生检疫电子监管系统对卫生检疫工作影响力和检出率提升的重要意义。Quarantine electronic supervision and management system developed in all the ports of our country has been facilitated works of health and quarantine to a certain extent. But the major existing problem is not being able to realize networking and data sharing around the country. ＂Information isolated island＂is formed. Each entry/exit port is separated from each other’s quarantine situation due to lack of communication approach. Focusing on seaports, this paper discusses the influence of developing networking health and quarantine electronic supervision and management system nationwide on the works of health and quarantine as well as the detection rate.
