综合康复理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选择本院2014年1月至2015年12月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者400例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各200例；观察组采用温针灸、手法、康复锻炼、超短波的综合康复理疗治疗方案，对照组采用手法结合超短波治疗方藕观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率（91．O％）优于对照组（74．5％），组间比较，P〈0．05；治疗后，两组VAS评分均明显下降，观察组患者较对照组评分下降更明显，组间比较，P〈0．05；治疗后，两组JOA评分均明显提升，观察组患者较对照组评分提高更明显，组间比较，P〈0．05。结论温针灸、手法、康复锻炼、超短波的综合康复理疗方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症可以提高治疗效果，4种方法发挥了协同作用，效果确切。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for lumbar disc herniation. Methods 400 cases of lumbar disc protrusion treated at our hospital from January, 2014 to December, 2015 were divided into an observation group （ 200 cases ） and a control group （ 200 cases ） using random number table method. The observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, including acupuncture and moxibustion, manipulation, rehabilitation exercise, and ultrashort wave. The control group was treated with manipulation and ultrashort wave therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total efficacy was 91.0% in the observation group and 74.5% in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the VAS score significantly decreased and the JOA score increased in both groups but more in the observation group than in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, including warm acupuncture, manipulation, rehabilitation exercise, and ultrashort wave, in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can improve the therapeutic effect. These four methods play a synergistic effect and has exact effect.
