标识编码在降低口腔科诊疗器械混乱出错率的研究

摘　　要：目的研究印章标识编码在降低消毒供应中心口腔科诊疗器械混乱出错率中的作用。方法各科室各诊位的器械从回收、分类、清洗、消毒、干燥、检查保养、包装一直有耐水耐高温的木牌编码跟随；灭菌、储存、到发放回科室一直有印章编码跟随。结果实施标识编码后科室之间、诊位之间诊疗器械发生混乱出错率明显降低，χ2=9.49，P〈0.05。结论使用印章标识编码，对提高工作效率，降低混乱出错率有重要意义。Objective To study the clinical value of identification code for reducing the mess and error rate of medical instruments at department of stomatology at central sterile supply department. Methods Medical instruments collected from each department were attached to water-fast and heat resisting wooden identification code through the processes of recycle, classification, cleaning, disinfection, drying, inspection maintenance, and packaging and to seal identification code through the processes of sterilization, storage, and issuing back to the department. Results After the application of identification code, the mess and error rate of medical instruments was significantly reduced （χ2=9-49, P〈0.05）. Conclusions Seal identification code has important significance for improving work efficiency and reducing the mess and error rate.
