摘 要:目的评价PCT与感染部位、细菌类型之间的关系,为临床早期使用抗生素提供依据。方法回顾性收集本院临床各科室2013年6月至2016年6月诊断为血行感染、肺部感染、泌尿道感染、皮肤软组织感染患者及其临床资料作为研究对象,同时记录研究对象人院48h内PCT水平、细菌培养结果等,不同感染部位比较,不同细菌种类PCT水平的差异。结果共有194例研究对象纳入本研究,包括血行感染56例,肺部感染5l例,泌尿道感染46,皮肤软组织感染41例。PCT水平在全身性感染时显著升高,而且PCT在革兰阴性菌感染时水平更高,尤其是肺炎克雷伯菌引起的相关感染。结论PCT水平在不同感染部位有所差异,更重要的是在不同菌种引起的相关感染PCT水平也存在变化。Objective To evaluate the relationship between PCT and the site of infection and the type of bacteria, and to provide the basis for clinical use of antibiotics. Methods We retrospectively collected clinical data of patients diagnosed as hematogenous infection, pulmonary infection, urinary tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection in clinical departments of our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016, PCT level and bacterial culture results of the research objects within 48 h after admission were recorded, compared the differences of PCT levels among different infection sites and bacterial species. Results A total of 194 patients were included in this study, including hematogenous infection in 56 cases, pulmonary infection in 51 cases, urinary tract infection in 46 cases, skin and soft tissue infection in 41 cases. The level of PCT was significantly higher in the patients with systemic infection, and the level of PCT was higher in the patients with gram negative bacteria infection, especially the infection caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae. Conclusion The level of PCT is different in different infection sites, and more importantly, there is a change in the level of PCT infection caused by different strains.
