激活素A在呼吸系统疾病中的作用

摘　　要：激活素A（activin A，ACT-A）是转化生长因子β（transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β）超家族中的一种多效性细胞因子，能够调节细胞增殖、分化、损伤修复、凋亡。近年的研究显示：ACT-A与支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）、COPD、肺纤维化等多种肺部疾病的发生和发展密切相关，而通过卵泡抑素阻断ACT-A信号传导对抑制这类疾病有潜在的治疗价值。本文就ACT-A在呼吸系统疾病中的作用及其机制作一综述。Activin A （ACT-A） is a pleiotropic cytokinethat belongs to the transforming growth factor beta （TGF-β） superfamily and plays an important role incell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and repair. Recent studies show that ACT-A is related to the occurrence and development of bronchial asthma, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis and other pulmonary diseases closely. Follistatinhas the potential therapeutic value through blocking ACT-A signal transduction to suppress this kind of disease. This article reviews the role and mechanism of ACT-A in respiratory diseases.
