摘  要:我国经济进入新常态,钢铁冶金业大力淘汰过剩产能,加之世界铁矿市场疲软,铁矿价格持续低迷,矿山企业面临降低成本的巨大压力。对于露天矿山,提高帮坡角是充分回收资源、降低生产成本、增加矿山效益的重要手段。鉴于此,通过Opmetalminer软件建立矿床数值模型,按0.5°步长优化得到不同上盘帮坡角所对应的境界内矿岩量、总盈利、开采范围和开采深度的变化情况,通过对比分析给南芬露天矿降低生产成本提供决策。研究表明:随着帮坡角度数的提高,与基准境界相比,采出矿石量有所增加,剥离岩石量有增加有减少,总盈利增加,开采范围和开采深度在不同区域变化趋势相反。In recent years,Chinese economy is entered into the new normal,iron and steel metallurgy industries face the elimination of excess capacity,structural adjustment,weak iron ore market in the world and iron ore price continued to slump.Mining enterprises are facing tremendous pressure to reduce costs. It is important to improve the wall slope angle,because it can fully recycle the resources,reduce the production cost and increase the mine efficiency for the open-pit mine. In view of this,the numerical deposit model is established based on Opmetalminer software to optimize the final pit gradually by 0. 5 degree step,the changes of the mine rock quantity,total profit,mining area and mining depth for the different wall slope angle are obtained,then,the reference of the decision-making of reducing production costs of Nanfen open-pit mine can be provided by conduct the comparative analysis of the above parameters. The study results show that: with the increasing of slope angle,the ore production quantities and the total profit are increased by comparing with the reference level,but the change of stripping quantity of rock is not significant,however,the change tendency of mining scope and mining depth in different regions are opposite to the above parameters.
