摘 要:云南某硫精矿含铋0.36%、含银16.1g/t。含铋矿物种类较多,有辉铋矿、辉铅铋矿、铋华、自然铋等,银多赋存在铋矿物中,铋矿物性脆易碎,多以微细粒形式存在;硫矿物主要是磁黄铁矿、其次是黄铁矿。为从该硫精矿中回收有价元素铋、银,进行了选冶试验。结果表明:试样经弱磁选—高梯度强磁选除磁黄铁矿,非磁性产品按0.043mm分级,-0.043 mm粒级在浸出剂BJ用量为150 kg/t、盐酸浓度为3 mol/L、氯化钠用量为150 kg/t、液固比为3、浸出时间为2.5 h条件下常温浸出,获得了铋浸出率为95.67%、银浸出率为88.08%,对试样铋回收率为73.14%、银回收率为66.34%,浸渣铋、银品位分别降至0.13%、13.7 g/t的指标。There is 0. 36% Bi and 16. lg/t Ag in a sulfur concentrate from Yunnan Province,bismuth-bearing minerals is various, there are bismuthinite, galenobismuthite, bismuth and natural bismuth, silver mainly exists in bismuth-beating minerals, bismuth minerals are fragile, with microgranular monomer exists. Main sulfur minerals are pyrrhotite, followed by pyrite. For the recovery of bismuth and silver from the sulphur concentrate, beneficiation and metallurgy experiment were carried out. Re- sults show that, via low intensity magnetic separation-high gradient magnetic separation to remove pyrrhotite, classification of non-magnetic products by 0. 043 mm, Bi and Ag were enriched to -0. 043 mm fraction,-0. 043 mm class via BJ as leaching a- gent, dosage of 150 kg/t, hydrochloric acid dosage is 3 tool/L, sodium chloride dosage is 150 kg/t,liquid-solid ratio 3,leaching for 2. 5 h at room temperature,Bi and Ag leaching rate was 95.67% and 88.08% ,recovery rate of Bi and Ag to sample was 73.14% and 66. 34% respectively. Bi and Ag grade of leaching residual is 0. 13% and 13.7 g/t.
