摘  要:采用天然植物芦荟皮提取液和银氨溶液制备复合抗菌剂(芦荟提取液-纳米银),通过激光粒度分析仪和扫描电镜对复合抗菌剂中纳米银的粒径进行表征,结合复合抗菌剂对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、绿脓杆菌和白念珠菌的抑菌性能,优化复合抗菌溶液的制备工艺为:取0.01 mol/L的AgNO_3 50 mL与28%的氨水溶液15 mL混合均匀,加20 mL芦荟皮提取液(蒽醌质量浓度18.58μg/mL),定容至100 mL,室温下静置24 h。使用该复合抗菌剂处理的无纺布,对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、绿脓杆菌和白念珠菌有较强抑菌作用,且抑菌效果稳定。Composite antibacterial agent (aloe vera extracting solutions-nano Ag) is prepared by natural plant aloe vera extracting solutions and Ag(NH3)2 solutions. The particle size of nano Ag in composite an- tibacterial agent is analyzed by laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy. According to antibacterial properties of the composite antibacterial agent against staphylococcus aureus, escherich- ia coil, pseudornonas aeruginosa and candida albicans, the optimum formulation and production technol- ogy of composite antibacterial agent are obtained as follows: mixing AgNO, solution (50 mL, 0.01 mol/L) with ammonium hydroxide (15mL,28%), adding aloe vera extractions (20 mL, anthraquinone concentra- tion of 18.58 μg/mL), diluting with water to 100 mL and standing for 24 h at room temperature. The nonwoven fabric treated with the composite antibacterial agent possesses strong and stable bacterial inhibition.
