摘 要:对涤/棉织物进行三防/易去污整理,探讨了工艺参数对织物三防性能、易去污性能、耐洗性、透气率和手感等综合性能的影响。确定最佳工艺处方为:奥利氟安CPCO三防整理剂质量浓度100g/L,思高洁PM-930易去污整理剂质量浓度80g/L,F-ECO树脂交联剂质量浓度10g/L,渗透剂JFC质量浓度2~3 g/L,催化剂MgCl_2适量,pH=5;110℃预烘120 s,160℃焙烘120 s。整理后织物的拒油性保持在7级以上,易去污性在4~5级,完全满足日常织物的三防及易去污要求。Oil, water and soil repellent finish of polyester/cotton fabric is carried out. The effects of pro- cessing parameters on the properties of fabrics, such as the oil, water and soil repellent performance, stain release performance, durability, permeability and the handle are discussed. The optimal prescrip- tion is: CPCO functional finishing agent 100 g/L, PM-930 stain resistant agent 80 g/L, F-ECO resin cross- linker 10 g/L, penetrant JFC 2-3 g/L, the proper amount of MgCI2 as a catalyst, pH=5; curing at 110℃ for 120 s, baking at 160 ℃ for 120 s. The functional fabric features level 7 of the oil repellency, level 4-5 of stain release performance which can meet the requirements of daily wearing.
